Guidance has been received from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisations (JCVI) that the COVID-19 booster will be available starting with those patients over the age of 50 from as early as next week.
We have been advised that the National Booking System will be sending invitations from next week, however we ask patients not to call the surgery. Patients who are eligible will be contacted in due course by Birchwood or by the National Booking System once you become eligible.
