Free Menopause Support Group

Coming soon to Hitchin Fitness and Swimming Centre 

The first FREE Menopause Support Group launches on Friday 2nd August  1.00pm- 3.00pm at Hitchin Fitness and Swimming Centre 

Future dates: September 20th, October 25th, November 29th and December 13th. 

If you’re fed up with feeling constantly tired, cry for no reason, not sleeping, putting weight on, having problems remembering your own name and a million other symptoms of the perimenopause/ menopause, come along for a cuppa with others going through similar experiences.  

We will discuss why you are feeling like you are, how exercise, nutrition and improved health behaviours can help you to cope better and the benefits of taking HRT if needed.
