From today, Tuesday 7 April 2026, we are trialling a new Voice AI Receptionist to make contacting us quicker and easier.
Patients can choose this option to avoid waiting on hold. The system is available in multiple languages to help ensure smooth and accessible communication for everyone.
If you prefer, you can still speak directly to a member of our reception team as usual.
This is a 2-week trial, and we welcome your feedback to help us improve the service.
