As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive care, carers are entitled to a carer's health check. Your responses will be kept confidential and will only be used to enhance the support we provide by helping us tailor our services to better meet your needs and those of the person you care for. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the surgery.

Are you still providing care?
If the person you care for has recently passed away, you are still recognised as a carer for up to 12 months following their death. During this time, you can continue to access carer bereavement support and services.
e.g is there a day of the week it is easier to attend, are afternoon appointments easier

If you do not have a machine at home you can use our surgery health pod located in waiting area B.

Carer's Café

If you're able to, we'd love you to join us for a coffee and a chat at our Carers' Café, held every Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Church House. Anyone with caring responsibilities is welcome, and you're welcome to bring the person you care for along too.
